BEYOURA FIT & FEEL Giveaway Terms & Conditions
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- This FIT & FEEL Giveaway (“Contest”) will run from 01 to 15 June 2026 (11.59PM) (“Contest Period”).
- To participate, you are required during the Contest Period to:
- Purchase at www.beyoura.com 1 set of luxeFIT (top + bottom)
- LIKE BeyouraOfficial page on Facebook and follow @beyouraofficial on Instagram.
- Post a Reel showing their wellness, yoga, pilates, or self-care routine
HOW TO WIN:
- Lucky winners will be randomly selected by BEYOURA who meet all the participation criteria and the Contest Terms & Conditions will each win a special prize.
- The judges’ decision is final. No further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
PRIZE:
- Prizes (“Prize”) include:
- 2 x 12 classes passes : The Carve Studio Membership
- 1 x 4 classes passes : The Carve Studio Membership
- 1 x BEYOURA Premium Yoga Mat.
- Winners will be announced on BeyouraOfficial Facebook and Instagram.
- Each winner must provide their details via Instagram private message to redeem their Prize.
- BeyouraOfficial reserves the right at its absolute discretion to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the need arise.
- All costs and expenses involved in redeeming the Prize are the responsibility of each of the winners.
TERM AND CONDITION:
- By submitting an Entry to the FIT & FEEL Giveaway, you agree that your entry shall constitute the full and unconditional agreement to and your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (including any variations to the same made by BeyouraOfficial without any prior notice).
- By participating, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information, including your Identification Card (IC) details, for contest administration and communication purposes.
- The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens above 18 years old residing in Malaysia only EXCEPT employees of BeyouraOfficial and his/her immediate families, and employees of BeyouraOfficial’s affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies and suppliers.
- All Entries must be received by our system by 23:59:59 (Malaysian Time) of 15 June 2026 to qualify. Late and invalid entries will not be entertained. The time is based on our server’s system time.
- If any of the winners cannot be contacted (e.g fails to respond to BeyouraOfficial’s private message or call), or fails to redeem the Prize, the winner may deem disqualified and BeyouraOfficial reserves the right to award the Prize to another winner.
- BeyouraOfficial reserves the right to reject and/or remove any entries that are incorrect, incomplete, suspicious, invalid or do not meet these Contest Terms & Conditions.
- BeyouraOfficial reserves the right to reject and/or remove any entries that are deemed to be inappropriate and/or may be offensive to others. Participants agree not to submit entries that promote or portray nudity, sexually explicit material, coarse or offensive language, or other material susceptible of offending others. Further, Participants agree not to cause damage or interruption to the Contest and/or prevent others from entering the Contest.
- BeyouraOfficial and its employees, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, directors, officers, agents, independent contractors, and advisors (collectively referred to as “BeyouraOfficial’s Affiliates”) are not responsible for and shall not be liable for:
- Any technical errors, whether due to inaccessibility of internet network disruption, network congestion, malicious virus attacks, unauthorized data hacking, data corruption and server hardware failure or otherwise
- Telephone, electronic, hardware or software programme, network, internet, server or computer malfunctions, failures, interruptions, miscommunications or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electrical, including, without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online;
- Late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible uploads;
- Failed, incomplete, lost, garbled, jumbled, interrupted, unavailable or delayed computer transmissions;
- Any condition caused by events beyond the control of BeyouraOfficial that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted;
- Any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the gift, or acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize, or from participation in the Contest; or
- Any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
- BeyouraOfficial, its employees and BeyouraOfficial’s Affiliates make no warranties, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Prize, including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- By submitting an Entry in the Contest, participants agree to:
- grant BeyouraOfficial, its employees and BeyouraOfficial’s Affiliates the use of his/her name, photo, details submitted through the Contest website, likeness, biographical data and statements for any purposes, including, without limitation, advertising, marketing, communication, trade, or promotion, in perpetuity and throughout the universe, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- to release from all liabilities and hold harmless BeyouraOfficial, its employees and BeyouraOfficial’s Affiliates from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or arising from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
- consents to publicity of their participation by BeyouraOfficial.
- Appeals to check the status of entries will not be entertained.
- In case of any dispute, BeyouraOfficial reserves the right to make the final decision.
- BeyouraOfficial reserves the right to revise the mechanics of this Contest, these Terms and Conditions, and any aspects of this Contest at its discretion without prior notice.
- BeyouraOfficial reserves the right to suspend, cancel or extend the duration of this Contest at its discretion due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
- The terms and conditions herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Contest. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any other languages’ version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.
