These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use and issuance of BEYOURA e-Gift Cards (“E-Gift Cards”) and constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (“You”, “Cardholder”) and BEYOURA Sdn Bhd Company No. 202401054664 (1600508-A) a company incorporated in Malaysia.
1. General Overview

2. Purchasing Gift Cards
E-Gift Cards are available in denominations from RM250 to RM1500.
They are delivered via email only. Gift Cards must be purchased separately from other merchandise in a single transaction.
3. Delivery and Activation
Upon successful payment and authorization, a confirmation email containing the Gift Card code and PIN will be sent to the purchaser.
BEYOURA is not responsible for undelivered e-Gift Cards due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or technical issues outside our control.
4. Redemption
One-Time Use Only
Each e-gift card is valid for a single-use transaction only. The full value must be redeemed in one purchase. If the order value is less than the e-gift card amount, the remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, or reused. No partial redemption or future use is allowed.
Split Payment Allowed (Single Receipt)
If the order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method, such as a credit or debit card. This must be completed in the same transaction and reflected on a single receipt. Multiple or separate transactions are not allowed.
Validation of Purchase
Redemption is considered complete upon successful validation of the order at checkout. Once applied, the e-gift card is deemed fully used and cannot be re-applied or reissued.
Expiry Date
Each e-gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, the card will be invalid and cannot be used, reactivated, or refunded. Customers are responsible for using the card before it expires.
5. Discounts, Promotions & Limitations
Discount codes cannot be applied to e-Gift Card purchases.
Gift Cards can be used during sales, promotional periods, and with promotional codes (unless stated otherwise).
Gift Cards cannot be:
Reloaded, resold, transferred for cash value, non-transferable to other email other than the original receiver or exchanged for cash.

Gift Cards can be used during sales, promotional periods, and with promotional codes (unless stated otherwise).
Gift Cards cannot be:
Reloaded, resold, transferred for cash value, non-transferable to other email other than the original receiver or exchanged for cash.
Combined with purchases of other items at checkout (for fraud prevention).
6. Returns and Refunds
All e-Gift Card sales are final and non-refundable.
Orders paid via split payment (e-Gift Card + other method) are not refunded to the Gift Card.
7. Security and Responsibility
Each e-Gift Card is issued with a unique digit number for secure transactions.
BEYOURA is not liable for any lost, stolen, or misused cards, including unauthorized redemptions.
8. Checking Balance
Our e-Gift cards are designed for one-time use only, which means the full value must be redeemed in a single transaction.
If your purchase is less than the gift card value, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
Because of this, there is no option to check or carry forward any unused balance.
If your purchase exceeds the gift card value, you may complete the payment using another method such as credit or debit card.
We recommend planning your purchase to fully utilize the gift card amount in one transaction.
9. Loss or Theft
Lost or stolen e-Gift Cards will not be replaced without valid proof of purchase (e.g., original confirmation email).
BEYOURA assumes no responsibility for misuse if the e-Gift Card code and PIN are shared by the user.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Beyoura Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or arising from changes to the e-Gift Card program.
The use of e-Gift Cards is at your own risk and constitutes agreement to these Terms.
11. Modifications and Termination
BEYOURA reserves the right to amend, update, or terminate the Gift Card program or these Terms at its sole discretion.
Changes will be posted on our website and will apply prospectively.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

You can purchase an e-Gift card from www.beyoura.com Our e-gift cards are not physically shipped, instead you will receive a confirmation email containing your e-gift Card code which you can simply forward to the lucky recipient.

Unfortunately, not. We’re not able to deduct the discount amount from the price of an e-gift card. If your order has more items than just the an e-gift card, the discount amount will be taken off these items, but not the price of the gift card.
